Audiovisual Service Technician

Digital Roads, Inc. is a Colorado based company seeking an experienced audiovisual service technician for the Dallas area. We are looking for an individual who possesses the following:

 

·  ability to work independently while being productive and efficient

·  creativity, troubleshooting and problem solving skills

·  professional interaction with colleagues and customers

·  proficiency with personal computers

·  valid Drivers License, have and maintain safe driving record

·  familiarity with audio visual systems including Crestron, Polycom and Clearone

·  ability to understand and follow project blueprints

·  skills to use hand tools & test equipment; solder & crimp connections; lift up to 75#, sometimes overhead; climb ladders/lifts to 35 feet+

The successful applicant will be responsible for account management and servicing of audiovisual systems, including LCD/DLP projection systems, VTC and some installation. Must know various industry standard software for DSP set-up, switcher set up, etc. Must have the ability to trouble-shoot basic audio, video, and control system problems. CTS certification a plus but required within 90 days of hire. Most work will be in Dallas area but interstate travel is required.

 

Salary negotiable and depends on experience, education and certification.
