We are currently seeking a Bid Proposal Analyst for our Sales Development Department. The position is located in Sunnyvale, California.

 

This position is responsible for:Coordinating with necessary departments and individuals to ensure all required information will be generated in order to respond to RFP, RFI and RFQ submissions from sales.Compiling all or part of the RFP, RFQ and  RFI responses.Maintaining the proposal database.

 1-3 Years experience.Excellent communication skills, including English Grammar.Ability to lead a project team.Self-starter, well organized, good follow-up and ensure on time completion of short term projects.Experience with PRAGMATEK or other RFP builder software is a plus.Experience in production of RFP/RFQ/RFI Bid Responses is a plus.Experience with project management.Familiarity with PC and MS Office Suite is essential.Familiarity with PRAGMATEK software is a plus.
