Fujitsu Computer Systems has established itself as a strategic solutions provider to the world’s leading organizations by offering technology innovation, customer choice, exceptional product quality and reliability, as well as outstanding customer service. We are currently seeking a Billing or Account Receivable Supervisor, for our Finance Department.  The position is located in Sunnyvale, CA. Will lead and manage the billing process for Hardware, Maintenance Services, Professional Services and miscellaneous billings in a timely, accurate and effective way.  The Supervisor will have seven (7) employees who are direct reports.Ensure the data integrity of the revenue recognition by meeting the T&C’s of the contract.Lead and manage the process of ordering Backline Services or third party contracts and ensure the profitability of matching revenue and cost through the margin analysis justification.Lead and manage the process of tracking and invoicing Professional Services and ensure the profitability of the business through reporting of revenue and cost.Lead and manage the timeliness for month end close to include date integrity of the Receivable Sub-ledger posting to the GL, and ensure accurate management reporting (revenue/cost) and account reconciliations.Lead and manage the analysis of the business process and set forth recommendations for action.Translate business requirements to IT for system requirements, design, data models and system implementations.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.3 - 4 years of experience supervising a Biling or Accounts Receivable team.Proficient in Oracle 11i.Experience managing service contracts a plus.Excellent writing and verbal communication a must.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.Accounts Receivable and billing experience.
