Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years experience as Business Analyst/Technical in a Software Development environment

• In-depth experience with requirements gathering, Use Cases and detailed Functional Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate project requirements to both technical and non-technical users

• Ability to work closely with the technology team to communicate and clarify requirements and business needs

• Demonstrated ability and understanding of Software development methodologies and the software development process

• Skilled at organizing complicated information into simple understandable terms

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

Desired Qualifications

• 3 plus years experience as Business Analyst/Technical Writer in a Software Development environment

• Experience documenting and communicating requirements with UML

• Software development experience, or understanding of software development process

• Financial industry experience

• Trading knowledge or experience

• Undergraduate degree BA or BS
