We are looking for candidates with work experience and expertise in: Position Description:Compuware Business Analysts act as liasons with subject matter experts and project stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document and validate requirements for software development, information systems and business processes. In addition, our business analysts are also involved in coordinating and leading project activities.Required Skills:• Experience leading and coordinating sessions to elicit business requirements and perform needs analysis.• Experience documenting business and systems requirements and capturing business processes.• Experience developing use cases using UML or other tools.• Experience validating requirements.• Experience managing requirements through the development process.• Candiates must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Desired Skills:• Knowledge of various development methodologies such as RUP, Agile, CMMI, Waterfall.• Knowledge of object oriented development, change management, and QA testing methodologies and tools.• Knowledge of cost/benefit analysis, ROI and geasibility.• Database knowledge and familiarity with ETL and datawarehousing concepts.• Competency using Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.Company Message:Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ: CPWR) maximizes the value IT brings to the business by helping CIOs more effectively manage the business of IT.
