The ideal candidate will:Analyze, develop, and test IHUB routing rules and database objects. This resource will support existing clients, analyzing issues and providing solutions in NBH Top level technical expert in one or more highly specialized phases of applications programming. Acts independently under general direction. Provides technical consulting on complex projects. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications programming. Eight years of experience in programming and systems analysis.
