COBOL Developer

The COBOL Developer position is 6 months in duration with the opportunity for extension or contract to hire.  The position requires being onsite in Fargo, ND.

 

Requirements:

·  Previous experience in large scale mainframe, AS/400, and Unix/Wintel environments

·1 - 5 years working in mainframe environment designing and coding application programs using COBOL

·  Strong COBOL, JCL, ISPF, COBOL SQL programming skills

·  Design, develop, code and implement COBOL programs into production

·  Experience extracting data from RACF/Top Secret, and provide data manipulation and export capabilities into an Oracle Database

·  Ideal candidate will have knowledge of enterprise security applications and have experience with SQL for Oracle, SQL for COBOL, Iceman, Change man, Info man and REXX.

·  Strong written and verbal communication skills

·  Strong client interaction skills

·  Knowledge of enterprise security applications is preferred
