Job Description:

• Supervise daily service calls to assure that every service call is a success from start to finish

• Work with clients through the complaint process

• Conduct premium quality control service for customers

• Manage loss prevention to assure that customer complaints and inquires are handled with utmost attention to customer satisfaction

• Provide daily reports on accomplishments and updates

• Continually improve customer service

Requirements:
