Title:  Citrix Systems Engineer
Citrix Systems Engineer, will be responsible for coordinating the local direction and selection of Citrix technologies, products, and standards, in alignment with the enterprise architecture and shared services vision. Will develop collaborative partnerships across internal and external technical support teams to maintain and improve the integrity of the Citrix server infrastructure. The Citrix Systems Engineer will assist Infrastructure Manager, in evaluating Citrix technology solutions that will improve the delivery of EPIC and other business critical applications via Citrix across the medical center. Must have broad understanding of healthcare business lines and applications

Minimum of 8 years advanced technical knowledge and experience in management of large Citrix environments. Installation and configuration of Citrix farms running presentation 4.04.5 and of applications on Citrix presentation servers. Configuration of Citrix load balancers and Resource Manager and management of Citrix user policies and print services. Experience with Citrix monitoring and capacity planning tools, Windows 20002K3 Server and Active Directory, Lotus Notes Email services. Demonstrated clear and concise verbal and written communication skills at levels appropriate for the intended audience in a professional manner
