Responsibilities:Design, manage and administer: Company Wide Global Market Analyses Focal Base Pay and Performance Review Process 2 Company wide stock grants 3 variable pay programs Develop decision models and conduct statistical analyses for reward/recognition incentive programs and total compensation planning. Support the research, development and administration of compensation programs, as appropriate, through analytical methods; monitor program success. Develop standard online reporting related to compensation and performance management. Drive special projects for company-wide issues. Participate in multi-company surveys and analyze market data Minimum Requirements:5 to 7 years experience within a Compensation role Experience with US and International Compensation, preferably in China, India and Russia Experience and foundational knowledge in one or more of the following sub-disciplines: Workforce compensation Short-term incentive programs Executive compensation Equity compensation Other reward/recognition programs Experience in Compensation consulting firm and/or high tech company preferred. Working knowledge of HR functions and business processes required. Demonstrated project management skills. Ability to partner with all levels of employees and management. Extremely proficient with SAP, MS Excel and/or on-line salary administration programs Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
