This position provides help desk support for users, including the analysis and resolution of situations related to computer software and hardware.
 

Successful candidates must possess an Associates's degree in a related field and one year hands-on experience with mainframe systems or equivalent combination of education and experience. Hours may vary. Job Code -CHD
