Erickson Technologies Incorporated is a  technology solution specialist to Dental offices nationwide.  For over 18 years we have installed, configured and supported computers, networks and other digital components.



We are seeking candidates with a two year associate degree in computer technical school or equivalent experience. Technical expertise with PC’s, printers, and other computer-related equipment is required.  A+ certification a must.

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP/2000/98 required. Some knowledge and experience of Server 2000 and 2003 required. 

Must possess strong organizational skills as well as excellent communication skills. Maintains strict confidentiality of information. Exhibit strong customer service skills, professional attitude, and ability to work effectively as a team member. Must be able to work independently including committing to and meeting deadlines, taking initiative and exhibiting excellent follow through on tasks. Must be adaptable/flexible in a changing work environment. This job may require lifting equipment and peripherals. 

Overnight travel is approximately 25%.  Typically, you are out of town one week out of the month, Monday through Friday.  Travel locations are in the United States. Excellent Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience.
