Connectwise Administrator:


Description:

The ConnectWise Systems Administrator is responsible for all aspects of the Connectwise System for the organization. This includes implementation, configuration, organization, troubleshooting, and security of Connectwise for our company.



Hours are from 8:30AM to 6:00PM


Education:

· HS Diploma required

· CompTIA A+ and or N+ Certification preferred

· MCP preferred

· Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.

 

Experience:

· 1-3 years experience in technical support.

 

Skills:

· Perform basic Connectwise administration functions, including creating member and customer profiles and accounts

· Maintain system documentation and logs

· Perform or assists in troubleshooting and diagnosing problems to correct identified problems

· Maintain Connectwise system security, event investigation and compliance enforcement

· Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

· Integrate Connectwise application.

· Practice and method of Connectwise administration and maintenance

· Principles, and technique in the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Connectwise

· Reporting tools, Service Boards, Company Configuration, Agreements, Setup, and dashboards.

· Use logic and analysis to identify the potential enhancements and flaws.

· Make decisions and resolve problems – Seek out information and data to evaluate, prioritize and formulate best solution or practice.

· Analyze, interpret and present research findings into clear, concise reports.

· Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

· Establish and maintain effective working relationships; work independently and demonstrate initiative
