Sample duties:

  Talk about technology, learn about technology! Listen to customers and recognize opportunities to provide solutions. Cultivate solid relationships and drive customer satisfaction. Penetrate existing accounts within a territory. Achieve sales quotas. Take continuous Insight training to enhance expertise. Serve as the point of reference on software licensing.

 

Requirements:

  Excellent communication and customer service skills Impeccable follow up skills Strong PC, MS Office, and internet research skills Experience using a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities to present solutions and licensing options to customers Demonstrated record of success achieving/exceeding sales targets Thrive on working in a fast pace environment

 

Preferred Experience: Have provided the above great service in software, or other technology-based, industry
