CUSTOMER COORDINATOR

 

This position is responsible for the coordination between Customer and Service team to ensure profitable delivery and effective execution of customer programs/accounts to meet/exceed the contracted services levels. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for ensuring Service Readiness for support based on Customer forecast and plans.Using internal systems (SAP and QMS) process Orders through Service Operations.Coordinate the Tracking and Communication for all service activity related to Unit Repair & Parts Orders.Utilizing  SLA checklists, Maintain Action Items with Customers and Service  Operations Conduct Weekly Conference calls with Service Operations and Customer teams to resolve issuesWork with the PM to resolve all open AR and payment issues.Maintain and Coordinate with PM and Service Operations on Changes to Products and Programs and appropriate functions within our organizationMaintain and Follow Documented Processes of Key Functions and strive for the continuous improvement of processes and elimination of wasted stepsProvide Weekly Reports that summarize Key Customer Activity and project statusWork with Customer, PM and Operations team to maintain proper inventoriesPrimary customer contact on day to day business.Provides OOW quotes based on input from Service Program Manager.Resolves discrepancies with customer on Returned Material.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS3-5 years of similar industry experience Bachelor’s degree preferredUnderstanding of Service order processing flow through an MRP system and shop floor control system. Experience with SAP a plus
