Location: Woodbury, NY 11797 Employment Type: Full Time, Employee Expected Duration: 1+ to 2 Years Pay Rate: 13.00 - 13.00 USD /hour Description Customer Service/Call Center Rep Provide responses to all inbound customer inquiries using troubleshooting procedures. Provide basic online troubleshooting that will include identifying poor signal levels, resetting the modem, router or pc, identifying and educating customers on cabling issues, and resetting boxes. Requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and overtime depending on the needs of business. The opening is for a technical customer support position. This position is 100% phone support and is temp to perm. Salary: $13/hour as a temp. Benefits once flipped to perm in 3-6 months depending on performanceRequirements  Tuesday, May 20th The shifts for these classes are as follows: - 2PM to 10:30PM - Fri/Sat off  - 2PM to 10:30PM - Sun/Mon off Training times for these classes will mirror the shifts as:2PM - 10:30PM, Mon-Fri Friday, June 6th - Part Time Advanced Support Reps class* Training will run 6PM-11PM.* Training will be either Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat (to be solidified by end of week)* Shifts can be determined by the candidate with the following - Must work at least 20 hours a week - Days worked should include 3 of the 4 following days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Friday - 1 Day of the schedule must be a Monday or Friday - Weekend hours can be anytime between 9AM and 10PM - Weekday hours can be anytime between 6PM and 1AM Thursday, June 19th - Business CSR Class* Training will run 7AM-3:30PM, Mon-Fri* Candidates preferably BI-LINGUAL in SpanishPlease email [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] with a word document of your resume if you would like to be considered for this position.
