Customer Service Representative

CompXP, Inc. is looking for a customer service representative for its Hagerstown, MD offices.  The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for handling questions and inquiries via telephone and email regarding orders, basic product info, and returns.  The candidate should have a firm background in customer service, with previous experience in telephone or helpdesk-style support preferred.  





The successful candidate should:
Have basic computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook a plusHave the ability to work as a part of a strong teamBe able to handle a web-based interface similar to many other e-commerce sites, supporting all of our order channelsHave strong written and verbal communication skillsBe willing and able to learn about our product line and apply that knowledge as appropriateHave strong attention to detailBe proactive in providing world-class customer service to our customersPossess a can-do attitude to assist across the organization as needed




Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred.

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, with the hours of 9:30-6.
