Augment both marketing analytics and improve campaign performance.

Reports to Director of Marketing. 

Interfaces with Marketing, S@H, Merchandising, Planning and Executive Staff.

Execution and reporting of direct marketing campaigns.

Meticulous, accurate and thorough data collection

Email segmentation, deployment and reporting.

To understand and transform business questions into actionable analysis

 

2+ years experience in direct, database marketing or CRM

Experience extracting information out of a database environment

Excellent proficiency in Excel

Working knowledge of how database function and their architecture

Understanding of Direct Marketing fundamentals.

Analytic Problem Solver

Able to listen and understand business and executive requests to deliver actionable analysis and recommendations.

 

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance or related field required.
