DVT Lead

POSITION SUMMARY   The DVT Lead will be responsible for leading next generation modular, carrier-grade Ethernet/MPLS switch hardware design.  System level and board level implementation of control modules, switch fabric modules, I/O modules, backplanes, and miscellaneous cards using leading edge network processors, switch fabrics, memories, FPGAs, SERDES technology ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Hardware architecture, schematic entry and component selection. Work with chip suppliers, datasheets and application notes to ensure correct and robust functionality of the board· Supervision of PCB layout. Work with CAD team for component symbols/footprints, layout constraint files, PCB stackup, and review of PCB layout and tapeout.· Lab bring up and debug of boards and systems.
