Data & Evaluation Coordinator

Responsible for the support of measurement of outcome indicators, as well as the procedures and tools needed for each program to satisfactorily meet their goals and outcomes.  Trains new staff on the usage of UNIDAD, a web-based database used to track demographics and measure outcome indicators.  Customizes UNIDAD screens to meet the programs data collection needs.  Maintains and monitors the data collected on the web-based UNIDAD and prepares it for analysis. Bachelor’s degree; Experience in program research, development and evaluation, or direct service delivery in the nonprofit sector; Experience in developing and/or facilitating preferred; Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Excellent analytical skills; Excellent computer proficiency, including knowledge of Excel and Access. Knowledge of MS-SQL and SPSS a plus. Knowledge of ETO software preferred
