JOB OVERVIEW:Focused on the back office financial processes that impact the profit margin of Data Networks (or 3rd Party Products). JOB FUNCTIONS:1. Establish and manage the payment process for back line support fees for 3rd party products at point of sell instead of point of purchase. Ensure that HDS is getting the appropriate discounts and not paying backline fees for product supported by a competitor, reseller or some other provider.2. Work with vendors to migrate to the payment process for backline support fees at point of sell instead of point of purchase.3. Establish and manage the renewal process for backline support fees for 3rd party products. Ensure we are only paying for product that is supported by HDS.4. Establish and manage the payment process for the Brocade QSP program. Ensure that the products being requested for support by a customer are included in the QSP program and all HDS parties (i.e. PM, PS, Finance, .) are in agreement to assume support.5. Analysis 3rd party shipments for potential areas of improvement on stocking and ordering. OTHER: Based in Santa Clara. Minimum travel to visit partners and Distribution Center and Deal Operation Center. PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to work with Excel, create Access database, ability to communicate with partners and other groups in HDS, ability to be self-motivated, ability to formulate a plan (process) and communicate that plan, 3 years minimum, prefer a BS in Finance and course in Business management, basic understanding of Storage Industry.
