Deployment Trainer

This client facing position requires the ability to develop and deliver blended instructional programs to train clients how to use and maintain Radiant's software solution in their operational environment. Training will be delivered through a variety of media including classroom and on-site training at client locations. This individual will be a member of client project teams and will be responsible for the customization and delivery of client specific training programs. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

 Partner with Radiant clients, consultants and subject matter experts to develop and deliver client-specific training programs Provide classroom and on-site training/go-live support to support client roll outs Manage all prep and post activities to support the delivery of training Develop and deliver eLearning programs (including live webinars and various asynchronous content) to support live training program components Formulate training plans, supporting materials, and feedback mechanisms to assess knowledge transfer and overall course effectiveness Responsible for management of training equipment where necessary Candidate will need to quickly acquire proficiency in the following: Aloha QuickService and Table Service software operations and site level configuration MenuLink software operations and site level configuration Radiant Hardware functionality as it relates to operations in a live store environment

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Superb presentation abilities Adobe Captivate skills strongly desired One or more years of training Restaurant experience highly desired Experience delivering on line training programs preferred
