Description/Comment:

 

· Must be able to work flexible hours with 1 hour lunch

· 1+ to 2 years experience in similar troubleshooting role, with Windows 2000, XP Professional & Office 2000 or 2003 experience

· Experience with a ticketed Help Desk System and Service Level Agreement (such as Remedy)

· Experience with Remote Access configuration, tokens and troubleshooting

· Able to lift 35 lbs unassisted

· Self starter, task and deadline driven, and well organized

· Adaptable to a quickly changing, team oriented, fast-paced, dynamic, enterprise environment

· Excellent customer relation skills, both verbal and written

· Previous experience working on at a Call Center/Help Desk

· A+ or MCP certification is preferred

· Current DOD Security Clearance is a plus, but must be able to pass background investigation

· Candidate should be proficient in all areas of desktop applications software and hardware components

· Candidates are required to maintain a high degree of confidentiality due to access to proprietary data



 

Certification:

 

· Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)

· A+ Certified (Required!)
