Our client located in Minneapolis, MN has a need for a Deskside Support - Minneapoliswith the following experience: 
 
Appropriate candidate must have 5+ years Deskside Support in a Windows environment. Must have done installs, configurations, imaging, and troubleshooting to end users both via telephone and in person. Must have some networking, Lotus Notes and Blackberry/PDA experience.

- Support Desktops & Laptops
- Support Networking Interfaces/Protocols
- Support Communications Software
- Implement Desktop Operating Systems
- Support Lotus Notes E-Mail Systems/Standards
- Implement Asset Management Services
- Asset Management Tools
- Use Customer Specific Tools
- Support Productivity Applications
