- Outlook and Active Directory

- Microsoft Desktop Applications and support

- All Dell Laptops

- Take service calls, log and resolve tickets promptly

- Execute new machine deployment and some decommissioning/disposal

- Participate in Symantec Anti-virus roll out/update

- Potential Office 2007 migration

- Must be willing to work 9am-5pm and be able to lift up to 50 pounds
