Responsibilties:Manage the Desktop / Workstation Customer Program Management Group, a worldwide team of 10 PMs Team is responsible for managing all Customer programs for NVIDIA's Desktop and Workstation GPU products Act as single point of contact for status / escalation to internal and external customers Develop and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for improving TTM, Engineering Execution, and Customer satisfaction Attend and drive Customer QBR and nGagement meetings and track and drive improvements Work with Account Teams to understand program lifecycles and map to NVIDIA's internal product plans Drive key Cross Functional Initiatives across Tier 1 & Tier 2 OEMs & Channel Customer Program Managers Attend daily and / or weekly product meetings; roll critical information to Customer PM Group Consolidate and publish weekly issue(s) reports for all active programs All other duties assigned Minimum Requirements:Senior Mgr or Director Customer-facing program management experience Ability to interface and report to upper management at NVIDIA, and the customer. Great organizational and program management skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to matrix organizations Ability to define tools required and drive creation of these tools for KPIs, Dashboards, reporting, etc BSEE/CE required EOE
