Position Summary
This individual is chartered with the strategic HR counsel for the WW G&A organizations on a global basis. The position has a very strong dotted line reporting relationship to the Executive Vice President and CFO & Senior Vice President, General Counsel. This individual will have the responsibility for leading a team of HR professionals who provide HR Consulting support to the G&A organizations of Adobe.
The strategic aspect of the position requires the HR Director to work with the SVP’s and the Sr. Director, HR Consulting to ensure that all people and program related matters are considered and treated fairly relative to global policies and Adobe philosophy/culture.
The scope of this position includes, organizational design, change leadership, Executive coaching, compensation programs and their implementation, recruitment and retention, performance management, promotion and succession, internal development of top talent and metrics and data trending and reporting.

Experience

Minimum of 15 years of related HR experience, preferably in a technology industry.
Strong HR Consulting and business partnering experience required
Previous Management experience in HR at Sr. level is required.
Must have broad HR background, experience and demonstrated proficiency
Strong management skills
Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or OD
Flexible, prior experience working in a centralized, matrixed environment
Practical experience in Organization design
