Dynamic and fast paced technology consulting company seeks talented Director of Professional and Support Services to lead and expand service delivery and support to our clients.

Founded in 1994, Axispoint Inc. is an award-winning technology consulting company providing premier network and software solutions to clients in the sports, entertainment, and corporate worlds.  We are Cisco’s 2005 Mobility Partner of the year.  We focus on state of the art deployment of Cisco mobility and UC solutions as well as Microsoft implementations.  

We are currently recruiting a leader with technical domain knowledge and a proven track record in service and support delivery for growing companies in the network solutions arena.

The Director will report to the EVP of Network Services, and is responsible for providing vision, strategy, planning and management for the delivery and support of all network services. He or she leads a team of 30+ professionals, project managers and Cisco and MS engineers to provide outstanding deployment and support of network solutions.

Success in this position is measured by overall customer satisfaction and organizational effectiveness as it relates to utilization management & project profitability.

Essential Functions

• Provides leadership for enhancing client satisfaction and utilization within both the delivery and support organization.

• Advises the EVP and VP regarding best practices in both delivery and support services and maintaining service levels to customers. 

• Develops, recommends, and administers information technology best practices, policies and procedures to enhance support and support systems

• Facilitates development of strategic alliances with other technology companies to leverage and combine resources.

• Plans and manages the staff development of highly technical staff.

• Establishes performance standards and service levels for customer support.

• Continuously evaluates processes for improvement and increased effectiveness.



Required SkillsProven track record in similar role with firm of - $ 25m or more in revenues.Must have experience in the deployment of highly technical and complex network solutions, - Cisco preferred.Strong understanding of network architectures, including routing and switching.Organized, detail-oriented, and determined to produce high-quality, network solutions.Strong business process focus and skills. Proven leadership ability.Understands how to lead, organize, manage, & grow a professional services organization.Actively manages utilization and other key business metrics.Strong understanding of project management methodologies. Successfully engages and manages subcontractors. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills as applied in client proposals, staff reviews, emails and customer contact.
