Responsibilities:As a Senior Software Engineer at NVIDIA, you will work on Display Driver Development for PC graphics. Develop and maintain SW technologies targeted at enabling and supporting NVIDIA's graphics hardware: on the current and upcoming Windows based operating systems insuring the best performance and feature set for providing advanced power and device control capabilities Resolving engineering problem reports Supporting new HW graphics architectures along multiple design phases: emulation, simulation and chip bring-up Working with other internal teams (software, hardware, architecture, OEM support)Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering. 5+ years of industry experience Strong programming skills in C and C++ Software engineering abilities: requirements and operations analysis, software design and coding Experience with source control tools and standard programming practices a must. Demonstrable knowledge of O/S internals. Strong written and oral communication skills to interface with other engineers Debugging and problem solving aptitudes Driver coding experience, practical understanding of PC architecture, or O/S system software (Windows internals and other OS fundamentals) experience.
