Highly visible role exists for Executive Assistant to support our client's new CEO at this global technology giant.

 

Seeking impeccable credentials: poise, professionalism and at least 10 years at the C-level in positions of increasing levels of support and responsiblity. Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential materials; able to work under pressure, to handle any matters with great poise and confidence; thick skinned and able to work with high demands from the top.

 Provide assistance to the President and CEO on routine matters involving the Company’s wholly owned foreign subsidiaries located in Japan, Hong Kong, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Taiwan, Shanghai, its foreign sales corporation located in Barbados, and its joint venture in Japan.  Schedule and attend quarterly Board of Directors meetings, correspond with the various foreign business registries to ensure compliance with reporting requirementsSupervise the Office of the President and CEOSchedule meetings for the President and CEO within the Company and abroadPlan and attend off-site Company management meetings
