Oursuccess is built on relationships - with our clients, our staff and ourstrategic partners.SUMMARYDesign, develop, test, enhance, document and deploy data warehouseextract/transform/load (ETL) processes using Informatica and SQL inTeradata and ORACLE environments. Monitor systems for stability,quality and performance. Analyze and configure job scheduler to runjobs in the proper sequence. Provide second and third tier productionsupport for jobs that run in the production environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:Work hand-on with Clinets Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and Operational Data Store (ODS) systems.Analyze requirements, create designs and deliver documentedsolutions that adhere to Clients prescribed Systems Development LifeCycle (SDLC) methodology and tools. Evaluate, determine root cause and resolve production issues using theHP OpenView ServiceDesk product. Requires some night and weekend work,based on a scheduled on-call pager rotation. Assignments will bedelegated by management.Work closely with other IT development groups to deliver coordinated software solutions.Define standards and procedures, refine methods and techniques fordata extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) using Informatica v8,Teradata BTEQ, Oracle PL/SQL and related tools.Other duties as required. SOFTWARE SKILLSThree or more years of experience with the following software, tools and OS:ORACLE 9i or 10gOracle PL/SQLJob scheduling software like AutosysUNIX, Windows NT/2000FTP, PuTTY, SSHPGP Encryption/Decryption SoftwareKnowledge in the following is a plus...Teradata v2R5 or v2R6Teradata BTEQTeradata Load UtilitiesMust have expereience with Informatica (or some relavent ETL tool)
