Embedded Software Developer w/Clearcase Experience

CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate would have a strong back ground in embedded software development.  The candidate should also have an in-depth knowledge and experience of the source code control and configuration management processes and how to deploy and operate them in a mixed Windows / Linux environment. Specific experience with IBM Rational ClearCase UCM is desired.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Be an expert resource within the team and to the rest of the engineering organization regarding build tools and source control
* Develop and continue to improve rollouts of new tools to support a wide Linux deployment and IBM Rational’s UCM solution
* Work closely with all aspects of the engineering organization to drive world-class products and processes
* Work to continuously improve build and source control efficiency
* Support release candidate builds on a variety of platforms
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
* 3-5+ plus years experience with configuration management and/or release engineering
* Expert IBM Rational ClearCase administration skills on both UNIX and Windows platforms; experience with UCM required.
* Strong UNIX/Linux administration and scripting skills (shell, perl, etc.)
* Experience with IBM Rational ClearQuest is a plus
* Self-directed and highly-motivated
* Strong analytical skills
* Good communication and writing skills
