Position Description:

Works closely with engineers to determine package and PCB design and layout requirements..Evaluate package and PCB models.Setup and perform system level simulations..Create Eye diagrams and perform Signal Integrity analysis.PCB trace topology study based on different system requirements, feedback to package/PCB team .Create and Maintain Package and PCB layout guidance and application notes .Maintain System (interface) timing spreadsheet /Max speed sign off.AE support for designs from customers

Qualifications:

We are not accepting new grad resumes for this position.A minimum of 4 years industry experience is required.Education preferred: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields. .Fundamental engineering knowledge of analog and digital circuit behavior. High speed IO design experience is a plus.Must have a high degree of knowledge in all areas of PCB design, packaging, placement and routing for high frequency circuits•.Good Understanding of technical standard and specifications such as DDR, and PCI-Express.Strong knowledge in Signal Integrity .Background in Signal Integrity Simulation is an advantage.
