As an Engineering Product Manager, you will manage a multi-discipline engineering team responsible for engineering contributions towards specific business unit goals. You will have ownership responsibility of direct and virtual resources necessary to achieve production release goals. You will be working in a highly dynamic, exciting engineering environment responsible for the most challenging GPU designs in the world. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company, organize effective discussions, and action plans. You will work closely with board design engineering and qualification leads as well a project manager responsible to help you achieve your goals. You will work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits and target customer deliverable milestones. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers to identify strengths and weaknesses.

An engineering product manager's key role is to identify strategic goals and turn them into tactical goals for your direct reports. Responsibilities:Managing all boards to a specific GPU within the business unit life cycle phases from strategic planning to production release, product launch and sustaining transfer. Direct management of PCB Board design and validation engineers, project managers, thermal / mechanical engineers and technicians. Virtual responsibly will include all other teams responsible for GPU development, domestic and international. Cooperatively developing board lineup and product requirements with marketing to lockdown definitions and requirements that your team will execute to. Executing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to achieve success. Maintaining close attention to specific OEM deliverables, and product launch goals relevant to specific OEM objectives. Minimum Requirements:5+ years of managing multi-discipline hardware engineering teams in ASIC, PCB design, qualification, mechanical and software engineering, through product release life cycle phase. Senior engineering management experience desired. 5+years experience in PCB and/or ASIC design Prior experience in project management. BS/MS in EE/CS EOE
