RESPONSABILITIES:

 Install PPSS Emergency 911 call handling and dispatch systems;Provide on site customer support and problem resolution services;Provide remote support to customers;Works with Deployment Managers in ensuring installations are delivered on time and meet customer satisfaction expectations;Produce progress reports to ensure the project team is kept current of installation status and issues.Work with engineering staff on special projects and problem resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS:College degree in computer sciences or equivalent;Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position;Very good knowledge of Microsoft networking, Ethernet and TCP/IP as well as Windows XP/2003 servers and workstations.;Good knowledge of hardware such as hubs, switches, servers, workstations as well as knowledge of basic electronics and telephony;Knowledge of Oracle and SQL products an assetCCNA, CCNP, MCSE, an asset Strong analytical skills and customer focus;Ability to work independently and in a team;Demonstrate sound judgement in decision making;Good communication skills;Available to travel 75% of the time (*** Must live near a major airport).
