Position:Field Service Engineer

Location:Indianapolis




BlackDiamond Video provides digital video integration for operating roomsin some of the largest hospitals in the country and is seeking aField Service Engineer/Biomedical Engineer to manage its Midwestterritory. These operating rooms include the most sophisticatedaudio, video, and teleconferencing systems available to hospitalstoday and require mission-critical support by an experienced FieldService Engineer.

JobDescription:

Install, maintain, and repair audio, video, and teleconferencing systems within operating rooms.

Manage operating room system service calls.

Perform routine preventive maintenance and system upgrades.

Customer training on new system features and enhancements.

Provide technical support for sales force.




JobRequirements:

BSEE or equivalent with 2-5 years experience.

Background in audiovisual integration and teleconferencing.

Background in Crestron Control systems is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and a desire to exceed customer expectations is a must.

Travel within territory 50%.
