Help Smartech be a leader in the Technology industry by acting as the Field Service Technician who serves customers; serves existing accounts; establishes service; maintains rapport with customers; keeps personal equipment operating; documents service and installation actions; maintains customer confidence.

Qualifications


Maintains inventory and equipment to ensure smooth office operation.

Makes effective use of database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports for management.

Competently analyzes and prioritizes information to make appropriate recommendations.

Ability to develop and maintain strong rapport with clients.

Experience exploring the causes of electronics failures.

Trained in hands-on equipment maintenance.

Committed to meeting quality standards.

Maintains focus on accomplishing desired results.

Uses good judgment and available information to resolve issues.

Can be trusted to keep sensitive information secure.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
