Field Technical Support II

We invent, engineer and deliver technology solutions that drive business value, create social value and improve the lives of our customers.Crucial to post sales service delivery, you'll be involved with multi-vendor systems including hardware, networking products and operating systems.   Delivering on-site hardware support service to large enterprise and commercial customers, you'll install, and repair various printers, ISS Intel servers, Desktop and Laptop products.  You'll also run on-site diagnostics and determine failure cause. Strong interpersonal soft skills are required. Job requires constant travel between account sites. Must be able to operate as a remote delivery professional. Bachelor's (undergraduate) or technical degree degree/HNC in electronics/electrical engineering or commensurate practical experience Sound computing support background Technology knowledge (focus on hardware, thorough knowledge in operating systems required) Analytical problem-solving skills Flexibility Excellent communication skills Willingness to participate in non-standard working-time models(e.g.shift,call availability,etc..) Willingness to work in a field-service job Team player: ability and willingness to work with various teams in the support area Ability to work independently Customer facing skills Leadership Ownership and negotiating skills.
