Financial Analyst with Strong IT Skills Needed

Do you see yourself as a liaison between Finance & IT? If so, you may be just what this company in Malvern, PA is looking for! This company has an immediate need for a Financial Analyst.  In this position, you will be part of a dynamic and energetic team!  They are looking a solid analyst who also has the IT skills to be able to be a great liaison! Responsibilities: Assist in the documentation of financial and operational reports that meet the Sarbanes-Oxley internal control requirements. Conduct database administration, maintenance, and reporting for the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) Employee and Costing Database utilizing HRMS, Oracle 11.0.3/11.5.9 (11i), and OMD chart of account data, and including development and user acceptance testing. Perform employee data and costing audits and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate monthly and fiscal year-end headcount, chart of account, and mapping changes. Generates and posts the Web-based Outsourcing (IMS, IDS) Management Reporting Package (MRP).
