FINANCIAL SYSTEMS MANAGER

in our BROOMFIELD office!

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintaining Microsoft Great Plains, including Smartlist reports supporting our Headquarters as wellas five regionsManages set up and maintenance of systems and administrative functionsCreates and provides repeatable documentation for use by other team membersCollaborates with the Finance and Accounting department to deliver effective solutionsMonitor and test fixes to ensure problems have been resolvedCreate, modify and maintain FRx reportsMaintain GL chart of accountsMonitor and resolve help desk tickets (2nd tier and escalations, that Microsoft can’t take, that need immediate attention) related to Great PlainsResolving order synching issues with 3rd party application vendorDocument, manage and implement modification/change requests with 3rd party application vendor

 

RequirementsExperience (3 years) with Microsoft Great PlainsBachelors degree in Business Administration or similarMust be familiar with Great Plains v8.0 and laterExperience with FRx report writerExperience with accounting conceptsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
