Responsibilities: This leader will partner with his/her manager and other senior engineers in driving improvements into the User Experience testing process in terms of both effectiveness (coverage) and efficiency (scale). This leader will also drive improvements into the test planning process by working with NVIDIA's industry leading development organization to assure that our testing is enhanced using a broader range of testing techniques. This leader will partner with various teams in driving the continuous improvement of GPU SW User Experience across various business units. This leader will demonstrate professional initiative, high standards and enthusiasm in keeping with NVIDIA's industry leading culture. The leader will be decidedly versatile, creative, have a passion for User Experience and be a strong communicator. Excellent collaboration skills are a must. Reviewing of product specifications and requirements required to create comprehensive and effective test plans, test case definition and creation to areas. Owning and driving of the User Experience Task Force and working with various external and all GPU SWQA teams Minimum Requirements: Must have a minimum of 2 years of User Experience knowledge and experience BS/MS in Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology or preferred Excellent communication skills, written and verbal are a must Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are a must Strong collaborative attitude EOE
