Electronic Control Product ManagerPOSITION SUMMARY

The product manger will be a key leader in the definition of the device requirements that will bring the game control to a life with great success. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and outside partners across the globe to define, develop and drive our initial product from concept through launch into the market. We are looking for an imaginative and creative thinker who is a strong communicator, an adept analyst, and a committed architect of exceptional consumer experiences that are designed to evolve the way people play. The position requires strong overall knowledge and vision of the gaming industry and value chain, market based product definition and technology roadmap planning, business case analysis/proposals, and marketing/sales planning. Job position is in City of Industry, CA.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

· 3 + years experience in product management with direct experience in electronic control relating to game controls

· Prior strategic planning or product management experience in consumer electronics

· Experience assembling product requirements from multiple sources (e.g. research, usability, consumer feedback, competitive assessment) and communicating requirements to product designers and developers

· History of successfully guiding products through the lifecycle, from conception to global launch

· Experience working in the gaming industry or have launched consumer electronic devices globally

· Ability to lead and direct the work of others

· The ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

· Strong organizational skills

· Excellent written and oral communication skills
