Position Description:In this position, you will manage the company’s global compensation programs to attract, motivate and retain employees. Responsible for the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and communication of all base pay, short and long term incentive, and recognition programs. Serves as the company’s compensation functional expert through research and analysis. Interfaces with key executives and management to provide guidance and recommendations on compensation related issues. This position is also responsible for executive compensation, preparing board of director materials, and merger and acquisition projects. MBA and CCP designation preferred.Minimum of 8 years management experience focusing in compensation plan design, job analysis, market pricing, incentives and stock options.In depth knowledge of executive compensation, trends, legal requirements; FAS 123 and disclosures. Excellent analytical skills, expert in excel and knowledgeable in all MS Office products with SAP experience a plus. Strong leadership skills a must.
