HR Business Partner/Tech Recruiter

Major Responsibilities:

* Drive the full life cycle recruiting process including establishing collaborative relationships with Hiring Managers and vendors, establishing recruiting plans, executing the plans, identifying process improvements, and assisting in developing recruitment strategy and new avenues to attract candidates.

* Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity & company, administer behavioral questions, phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, summarize feedback, and manage the offer process.

*   Serve as the primary point of contact for Human Resources and Employee Relations issues.

* Assist, implement, and coordinate programs for all HR functions (such as monitoring the performance management process, salary / bonus administration, and benefits administration).

*   Interpret, implement and apply employment law and company polices related to HR to assure consistent application and equitable employee relations.

*   Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS system*  Complete routine reports for management review and approval.


Qualifications:

*   Experience recruiting candidates in Technology – experienced and fresh graduates

* Bachelor’s degree in HR or business

* 3+ years of experience working in the HR field

* Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with employees

*   Well-versed in HR practices and in employment law.

*   Excellent customer service & communication skills

* Excellent problem solving & business acumen skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Outlook

Preferences:

* Handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

* Ability to design HR practices to align with business needs

* Demonstrated use of sound and dispassionate judgment

*   Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data

*   Demonstrated experience with culture change

*   Demonstrated coaching skills at all levels
