HR Coordinator

International information management company in Rockville, MD, is searching for an HR Coordinator for their Corporate headquarters.  Our ideal candidate will have strong administrative and customer service skills.  No HR experience necessary.

 

Salary $40,000-$45,000/year

 

The person in this role will be responsible for a variety of HR programs and policies including organizational development, employee and labor relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, safety or personnel.

 

Principal duties include:

 Communicate and assist in various program enrollment processes, ensuring employees understand the programs. Interface with insurance companies, HMOs, outside survey firms, vendors, and service organizations as required. Assist in processing of billing with outside vendors and employee claim resolution. Produce reports as needed. Assist in employee communication regarding functional employee programs and processes. Respond to employee questions regarding administrative procedures. Update employee database(s) to ensure correct program and personal data is entered. Ensure compliance with administrative/delivery requirements of the company, and federal and state regulations. Administer some or all aspects of various employee benefits, compensation, training, employment or other functional programs and employee services.
