HR Generalist

 

Description:

 

Experience, mature HR Generalist with hands-on experience in several key aspects of Human Resources.

Primary responsibilities will include management of company benefits programs including Section 125 health plans, workers compensation and 401(k) programs (enrollment, maintenance, testing, problem resolution);  assisting with HRIS administration, SOX compliance and related audit projects; ADP payroll audit and backup; report generation for internal and EEO purposes; annual processes related to performance reviews, companywide training initiatives and recreational activities (holiday party, picnic).

 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience and 5+ years of relevant experience as indicated above.

Possess exemplary business ethics, integrity and sound judgment, combined with excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with a diverse group of people at all levels, with absolute discretion and tact in a fast moving, rapidly changing business climate; serious attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in all aspects of work.

Able to work effectively whether independently or in a group. 

Public company and solid ADP payroll processing experience are required.

HRIS and online benefit administration are highly desirable.
