Back-end Hardware Design Engineer - Semiconductor

Location:  Dallas, Texas

 

JOB DESCRIPTIONIncumbent will be a senior member of project team executing the implementation of Highly integrated ASIC devices. Devices utilize 90nm and 65nm technology and range in complexity from 10-25 million gates. Position required extensive knowledge of chip construction, floor planning, place and route tools, timing closure, and DFT implementation. It is essential to be capable of working within a team environment, including a high degree of cooperation. Consistent demonstration of Creativity and innovation is required to remain a part of this team.

 

EDUCATION and WORK REQUIREMENTS:BSEE degree is required Prefer an MSEE with a strong semiconductor or related specialty ALL candidates must have a minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in the semiconductor or closely related industry
