Excellent full time job opportunity with Kelly Services at the National Institutes of Health. We are seeking a Help Desk Support candidate to work 8:30-5:00 Monday-Friday. The person in this position will:'Provide bench-top computer support for approximately 600 scientists and technicians using desktop computers using the Windows NT, Windows 2000, or Macintosh operating systems and workstations using Linux and Unix. 'Configure new computers per NIH NIA IRP standards, install upgrades and new programs, trouble shoot network, hardware and software problems. 'Support NIA NIH IRP specific software, such as but not limited to, citation managers, scientific graphing programs, technical illustration and imaging programs, statistical processing programs and terminal emulators.
