Help Desk Support and Level 1 NOC Openings

We have IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for various Help Desk Support opportunities and level one NOC openings in the North Dallas area. These are contract-to-perm positions. We would like to speak with you if you have the following qualifications and experience: You need at least 1 year help desk support experience and/or 1 year NOC. Several of the Tech skills desired: VPN, Lotus Notes, Outlook, MS office, Remote Access, Active Directory, All Microsoft O/S, HP openview. A+ Certification highly desired  Job duties will be providing support via phone, email and chat in activities associated with the identification, prioritization and resolution of reported problems. Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up. Performs general maintenance tasks and resolves less complex problems immediately, while more complex issues are identified to a higher level of support. May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system. May involve performing basic computer software installations and upgrades Behavior Characteristics: Team oriented with great communication skills.
