Hewlett Packard Care On-Site Vendor Representative

Objective of Position:

 

The HP Care Pack Sales Specialist will manage accounts and/or territories to increase sales on Hewlett Packard Care Packs sales and renewals by contacting and meeting with customers and Account Executives, providing expert knowledge on Care Pack, and premier customer service through phone support and face to face meetings.

 

Results to be Achieved:

 

1.  Drive demand to select customers/geographies by acting as an HP Partner Business Manager would in the field.

2.  Acquire adequate sales/technical expertise to effectively position HP Care Pack solutions to end-user clients.  Training will be provided by HP and Zones Incorporated.

3.  Grow HP’s Care Pack business at Zones Incorporated a minimum of 10% yr/yr.

4.  Deliver and manage a “funnel” of opportunities as well as attach metrics on a monthly basis.  A template will be developed by HP and Zones Incorporated.

 

Process:

 

1.  Conduct scheduled conference calls with end-user customers, providing expert sales and limited technical solutions.  Engage HP and Zones Care Pack resources where necessary.

2.  Provide customers with complete deliverables (product information sheets, configurations guides, marketing material and pricing).

3.  Accept Care Pack related leads from HP and act to close opportunities.  Publish reporting on status of all leads, and close ration on all opportunities.

4.  Drive incentives, promotions, local HP events, and conduct sales calls to end users.

5.  Act as a Care Pack sales expert through training and experience.

 

Results Measurement:

 

1.  Growth in HP Care Pack revenue.

2.  Attend training classes to expand skills and gain sales certifications/authorizations.

3.  Field questions from Account Executives and help build solutions to meet customer specifications.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 Candidate should have two years of sales experience, preferably in a call center environment or consultative sales of technology solutions with an emphasis on HP Care Packs.Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work well with little or no supervision. Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Word, Excel and Outlook program proficiency. Ability to maintain confidential information. Excellent prioritization skills.Desired:  experience selling/representing HP Care Pack, with a proven track record for meeting/exceeding financial goals and key sales objectives.  HP Certifications strongly desired.
